If you are interested in creating a group for Rune Gear, then you can check out the forum here. You are allowed to recruit members to fulfill positions for any type of group (if it's legal). To make a group official, you must read this thread here.

Furthermore, Rune Gear is looking for 5 enthusiastic users to fill the roles of Community Event Managers. If you are looking for a new responsibility or something fun to do, then this position is for you. Leaders will run in-game events on RuneScape, such as pk trips, minigames and other forms of activities. You must be RG Elite to be accepted for this position.
