I don't really like it, it leaves peoples profiles open.
I'm sure people would have multiple accounts, this is just the same as hiscores, I don't like peoples status to be looked upon from their combat and their stats.

They know how to sign up =P If they really did care

I'm seriously confused as to what you're saying. Please learn how to convey your ideas in a rational manner, and try again. Jagex can register, but it probably goes against RG's ToS. (Not like they really care, RG doesn't have the legal power to enforce it)
Do you know how Jagex feels on automated scripts acquiring data from their websites?

K ill dumb it down a bit
Jagex knows how to sign up So if he makes usernames Registered only That wont work
If he makes it so it shows all stats That wont work We can still get the users Username from that
So either way that is a fail

If this goes into effect, there would probably be multiple privacy options. Such as hiding username, or just displaying certain skills/ranks. Username can be determined from your skills anyways, so hiding the name but not your skills is mildly pointless.
You shouldn't have quoted me. That doesn't relate to my post at all. The guy I quoted was talking about privacy. I told him not to put in his name, then you go off about loopholes.

You can continue if you it pleases you so. I was just wondering if they've made any official announcement regarding it. afaik RuneHQ doesn't use data from their websites in a script, but I only use their calculators.
