[ARCHIVED] Recognition of Old members.

I myself, feel as though the new members are being shined on, and that old members such as myself and Road Python are being, sort of pushed aside.

For example, Irelandrulz2 got Support, yet he hasn't even been registered for 3 weeks.

Where as I have been here 2 months, 11 days.
I have more posts, rep, older etc.

(Isn't an attack against Irelandrulz2, just an example)

Yet, I still fail to gain any respect around here.

I think it's time for recognition of the older members, and are treat with a bit more respect.

I worked my ass off for a whole week advertising RG, banned from 2 forums and what do I get? Shit all.

Just my 2 cents.

IMO, it doesn't matter when someone registered, its what they have done for the forum. and I think if i advertised, nothing really would come good for me. its just helping out the forums. that is what good community members do.

Just my opinion.

Support and respect is completely different. I choose my Forum Team carefully, and I monitor people, the way they act and think. It's hard to make everyone staff on a forum especially when there are many good members.

I never said keep quiet. He posted a simple remark, even though it is stereotypical, it is something he found interesting. Unless he said, "Asians have really stretched eyes, they like like they take drugs." I won't worry.

Jonathan, it seems like your aggravated.
It doesn't matter if someone is more respected or well known than you.
If someone is, then good. You can look up to them so that you can surpass them.
More people might look up to you than you know.
