Well, I was asleep when I found out Rune Gear had crashed due to an increase in traffic. Rune Gears traffic seems to have almost doubled from a week ago according to our traffic stats. This is quite scary, as I didn't know that we are growing at such an intensive rate.

Either way, sorry for MySQL crashing, I wasn't aware while I was asleep. I'm implementing measures to protect the server if MySQL crashes by restarting it automatically.

You don't need sleep! You need to watch Runegear more often I kid, but I hope everything gets back to normal

Isn't that why you bought a dedicated server?

A possible reason for the increase in traffic is because of the Multiple DDOS Attacks on the Server, the extensive amounts of IP's hitting the server is what probably caused it increase so much?

Just a thought.

This is good i spose, and it's better because your Aussie, so there most of downtime is when im asleep too
