I've already caught two members doing it, they are automatically and permanently dis-qualified from this and any future event.

Nice catch. a bunch of random users come up with 150.00 RGP , and only have like .. 15 posts.

What if:

User 1 makes a new account through a VPN / Proxy and he reps with User 2 himself?

Most VPN/Proxy/Socks will be blocked shortly, and it's not hard to catch on when a account solely registers JUST to give reputation to one user.

I'm pretty sure you did have two accounts because that one account that you had repped you and only posted in your thread, with 1 post in total it had.
