As you can see on the top of the index page, users can now vote on specific questions posed by RG Management.

If you want a question to be voted upon, please suggest it in the suggestions forum. Thanks.

It said I didn't have permissions to access it.
Is it Premium+ or something?

It was the preferred combat skill poll.
