[ARCHIVED] Index Polls

Had to remove that and a few other plugins to get the site back up, causing way too much load. I'll reinstall some of these features when they're optimised soon, sorry for the downtime. Just got to it now because I'm sick and was at the doctors.

Try and fix BFM permissions when your in there.

that's fine, I didn't like the polls on the top anyway. They were just in the way.
