What are the stipulations on time, length, genre... etc?

I believe it's any genre that is somewhat musical, I'll provide a fourth opinion if One wants it (Opinion, not judge)

I think it should at least be 1 verse followed by the almost obvious chorus. Or Verse to Bridge.

I'm guessing 30 seconds + would probably do.

I would say it has to be 30 seconds plus. No restrictions on genre. If you flame another member in the song you will be disqualified.
