[ARCHIVED] Downtime

Due to the traffic increase on Rune Gear, we had a massive traffic spike. The amount of simultaneous connections capped the server causing it to buckle under immense pressure. The server is back up and running fine now. The queries and connections was too much too handle, therefore I've ordered a brand new server to run Rune Gear on.

In other news, I'd like to thank the users who have donated an immense amount of money to Rune Gear. We've had multiple upgrades, and a large donation from ~~~. He donated quite a bit which was substantial enough to cover more than one month hosting on an upgraded VPS.

Rune Gear's had an amazing day today, and this will continue. Thanks, and we'll be on the new VPS very soon.

This firewall is causing more trouble than it's offering. I just had some trouble with the csf.

Now that it is running smoothly I don't think we will have any more issues.
