I couldn't appraised .ca cause idk what those are or outlook. But id say $5 for some like pikachu a is worth a lot likely

live.ca is the canadian version of live.com

outlook.com is the new live/hotmail since they discontinued the old domain.
 
The only ones that might be valuable are the @live ones, and I guess it depends on the Pokémon.

@outlook or the other variations aren't valuable unless they are super-OG.
 
I'll take one if you want but some Pokemon are better then others. Wait can I have latias I have a reason literally. I'll get you back when I get funds

Honestly, I don't see these going for a lot. But, best of luck, the odd one may sell for a dollar or two.
