Can someone also explain how would I be able to sell the account? Am I supposed to give away my entire game center?
 
Let me know about what people think this should be appraised for as I have a th9 lvl 80 am willing to sell.
 
I'm pretty sure you give them your Game Center account. Also 100-120ish is a good price for this.

Edit: misread, appraised at $50-$60 max.
 
Considering its only close to a maxed town hall 7, my personal appraisal would be about $45-$50. I got a maxed TH 8 for $50 which is now town hall 10!
