Apple account & ID - help?

How do i make a free one of these, it keeps asking for credit card details, I googled it, followed directions to make a free one, as your supposed to click the 'none' option when it shows payment method, but the none option isn't there for me.

help please.?

Just enter the details of a visa gift card or something if you have one whether it be empty or not, that might work.
If not, just call their support.

You don't need credit card info. You can also make an account on the iPhone itself, which is simpler.
