Well-known DRAM manufacturer Acer has just launched a new USB stick with the new USB 3.0 interface and a retractable connector. The new device can be worn at the chest on a shirt just like any writing pen, and Apacer claims it has an “exclusive U-Ring system.”

The “U-Ring” is practically a simple clip-like plastic element that allows the user to hang the new AH354 drive on a shirt chest pocket or a set of papers etc.

The manufacturer says that, when connected to a standard USB 2.0 port, the AH354 flash drive will be able to reach a maximum transfer rate of 34 MB/s.

The good part is the fact that Apacer’s new USB stick will be able to read data at a high 80 MB/s speed when connected to a proper USB 3.0 port.

There will be three versions available with 8 GB, 16 GB and 32 GB capacities, but there is no information available on pricing yet.
