Anyone workout?

Does anyone workout on this forum? Just wondering since i've been going to the gym for like a year now, and I've wonder what routine's YOU guy's do so I could gather some ideas on what to do / improve on.

My current workout :

Monday : Chest / Arms
Tuesday : Abs / cardio
Weds : Rest
Thursday : Legs / lower body
Friday : Arms
The weekend I either do a little bit of cardio or rest depending on how i'm feeling.

What is your routine?!?! :O do you even lift?
 
I've been playing soccer for the past 16 years of my life so that takes care of cardio and legs for me and then I've been going to the gym with a personal trainer for 3 years now.
 
Tuesday-Friday

It's always random, But i prefer upper body, and cardio. I use to do p90x then I did Insanity. Best workouts definitely came form Insanity. Yes I do lift.

Haha nice, I tried P90X, personally it's really helpful for beginners :D. I'm looking forward to trying Insanity in the future to get my body fat % low and stuff. You lift? Nice, me too :D. Just finished lifting like a hour ago.

If you haven't tried Insanity, OMFG stuff is legit bro, I was only able to do it 3 times a week when I first started lol. Weaksauce at first.

Damn nice, I wish I was good @ soccer, I would play it but iSuk :l. Haha nice though, have you've been seeing major results from going to the gym lately?

Lmfao #Weaksauce, haha i'm try it soon. Most likely after winter comes and go.
 
I have a weight training class in my school so I use that as my gym time.

Wednesday: Cardio
Friday: Legs and stomach

I've been playing soccer since I was 4 so that also takes care of my cardio.

Nice nice. I'm thinking about switching to weight training next year.

I don't know if I'd say a pro, but, I'm pretty good.
 
Every weekday at school.
No routine or anything, just random.
 
Anyone work out in Canada with fishing company and I have many knowledge about this profession then you must share with me because I want to know about this profession because next month vacations are going to start in my college and in vacations charismas day are comes so in charismas day I want to run my personal business in fishing fields so due to this reason I need some ideas so if anyone have any little information about this then you must share with me.
