Anyone know the anti-spam limit?

How many milliseconds do I have to add between each line to stop myself from getting that 1 minute "Please do not spam!" message? Also, once I get that message, how many milliseconds does it last for? Please don't say "Errr, I think it's around 5 seconds?". I need a pretty accurate value.

I'll test it, but I calculated it before and it was exactly 2 seconds I believe.

No, I don't play runescape. I was just thinking of a cool idea for something that I may code if(when) I get back into runescape. That'll be on the RSBuddy client, yes.
