No skills/populer/no lag/don't care if it has spawning/no spawning.

Just combat training (no bosses though, so you train then go PVP. That's it).

I want everyone (minus the people who are training to go PVP) to be PVPing.
 
Have you seen the MoparScape server status page xD? It's filled with those bloody servers >_>.
 
Look in one of those massive lists of rsps. Why play rsps. Just play the real runescape.
