@nokia he mean's that he want's someone who sell's pizza's to sell him a pizza but at half price for example.
An extra large pizza cost $40
He want's someone to sell it to him for $10.

Just dont keep getting carded pizza after a while they will contact you once they notice everypayment is getting disputed
 
@Nokia you can get swatted then get the -500 from Philly because he is dissappointed in you for getting swatted then you mom hit's you but you do't feel it because of philly beating you then hitting you with the -500 again. Then you end up getting raped by @Gdkjordie in jail. Sad story.
