Anyone have a dummy Paypal?

Does anyone have a dummy Paypal for a deal I am making with @"boo5t"? After @livinglikelarry I prefer not to take Paypal, but I will for this case.

What I need:
A dummy Paypal for @"boo5t" to send the money to. Then, once you get it, it will be sent to me. If he charges back your dummy Paypal will go negative instead of affecting people.
SINCE this can get you negative if he DOES charge back (probably won't happen), I will pay a fee for letting me use it. Only dealing with TRUSTED users only. Preferably people I have dealt with before.

Chris. @Boo5t is not going to chargeback. Don't sweat about it. He's as legit as they come.

EDIT: @Seven Livinglikelarry was a 2014 member with 200 rep that was a multi.

@Boo5t is trusted on both forums. He literally sent me 70$ btc as a no interest loan as a favor to buy my aim. There are few I would trust and he is one.
