ScaredEggs, take a look at your reputation and read the comments. Most of the neg rep you got is for begging. Why not try something different?
 
I am not a blackhat guy but you can always watch youtube videos and learn. If you really want to get into hacking, head over to the hacking section in HackForums.

No one can teach you how to "rat". RAT stands for remote administration tool.
