Anyone good with Fraud?

Earlier last week I got an email telling me: "Have fun in jail skid". I thought nothing of it since I have received MANY threats over the past years. Well whoever this guy is, is very good at what he does. I got called to come into the police station for questioning. I found out that ALL of my debts a value of 58,612 were paid off using stolen credit cards.

I was dumbfounded How could this have happened, I have been paying off them for the past 4 years. They said that they have returned the money back to the right owners but they are looking to prosecute someone. Right now I have pretty much nothing. Other than what I left at other people's houses (including my laptop)

I can't get a job right now because employers ask about my medical history and see that I could be potentially be a "bad hire" just because they don't want to pay out for the insurance. Anyone know how I can recover?

First thing is first, do you live in the states or Canada, cause law varies from location to location and I know a good amount of Canadian law to maybe give you some tips
