Gamerpics don't really matter, but when I had my Xbox I just used like the BO1 one, or the ones that come pre-loaded.

@basic how do you find the title id on the updated xbox.com website? it only shows their avatar not their gamerpic

The title id for that fish gamerpic is 585207d1, if you type that in horizon it should come right up.
