how this works is if you have a @msn @hotmail @live and so on on hotmails network, and you know the password to it but it states Looks like someone is using your account! error message ic an fix that.

seems super legit, is this for deactivated accounts?
 
All it does is send a code to the secondary email / phone number. I think people can do this themselves. Although, good luck selling your service.
 
it doesnt send a code to a secondary email lol what im doing it changing session token, to add new email on file , overwritting the old one. as to change pw and bypas the looks like someones using your account page...
