Why don't you just get real time protection? So, you won't get infected anymore. Download something like Avira or AVAST

Try booting up taskmanager. If you can, open up the Rouge AV's main window, go to taskmanager, right click on the AV under applications, then go to processes. Once there, memorize the name of the process, then end it. Once it is ended, search up the name of the process, and once you find it, delete it. Tell me if that doesn't work. Also tell me if you get issues, like you are having trouble running .exe files.

PM me your os is it doesn't work, or it does work but you get trouble running .exes. I recently ran into a rouge av, but eliminated it using the above method.

Register it with this LIC2-00A6-234C-B6A9-38F8-F6E2-0838-F084-E235-6051-18B3 or activate it with hacked CC then the fucker thing will allow you to uninstall.

If not.

1) Boot into safe mode with networking
2) Download malwarebytes anti malware.

Remove this shit:

C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Application Data\Security Monitor\
C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Application Data\Security Monitor\Security Monitor.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Application Data\Security Monitor\securitymanager.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Application Data\Security Monitor\securityhelper.exe

Remove this shit using regedit:
