Another paypal question?

When i try sending a payment to another paypal it says "error sending the payment please try again later" i have waited about 12 hours and it still doesn't work. I contacted paypal they said the paypal i was sending too didn't exist then i tried sending it to my other paypal and it still didn't work does anyone know ?
 
You have to wait like 24-48 hours @crack should know more
 
You have tried sending to that paypal to many times try doing it from mobile. If not you might have to wait a week

I tried from mobile and it still doesn't work.

Well then you're best best is to wait a week to send or keep hassling paypal to help you through this.
