Annoying Problem

I'm trying to install vBulletin on my Webhost through FTP (FileZilla) and when I go to http://www.(example)/install/install.php to install it I get this:



I've spent hours in the config.php file, to no avail at all, If anyone can help me..The MySQL and Databases are all set up with my correct user/pass as well..

Well, I'm using 3owl.com for the hosting, I'll double check some settings, but It should be all good and things.

EDIT: All settings are good on my 3owl control panel, I think something in config.php isn't setup correctly, do you have Skype?
