Anime Race?

This may be silly but what race are anime women / females? I mean are they suppose to be Japanese / Chinese because they all look white to me. The men race are very easy to tell but for women it seems pretty confusing.

There Japanese. It's just that they like to do the opposite of how thy actually look lol. So they add big eyes and big tits.
