I like Byakuya from Bleach, Sanji and Luffy from One Piece and Alucard from Hellsing.
 
Ray from the anime movie steam boy and that badass chick from ghost in the shell
 
Nah It's better than before
At the beginning he was a kid and didn't do epic things but now he is so cool

Highest ranking ones are probably, Taiga, Simon, and Lelouch.
