I have taken the responsibility of the Angels group, and being the new leader, I am making all previous members re apply, and all new members apply.

There are new requirements.

One: Be a HQ member. I will decide whether you are or not.
Two: No scam reports.
Three: Must be nice and kind to all members.

I will continue to check each individual users posts, to make sure these rules are being followed.

I'll give you a brief explanation, but if you don't accept me after I write this, you ow me my time back. First I want to ask:

If users aren't determined on age, why do you need to know?

Now:
I'm not being sarcastic, I got a 5.5k post count (highest on the forum) of PURELY being low-quality (well, high quality at times, but rarely) and I got banned for a month and a half because of it. Now I'm back (Unbanned today) and I'm considering being high quality, or staying low quality.

Now, shut the fuck up and don't think I'm being sarcastic.
