An Error after i close games?

I get errors after i close some games that say that the game crashed.

It happens on, maplestory, TF2 and black ops.

I'll give an example if needed.

What would be making this happen?

How do you close the game? Like, do you save, exit, exit or ctrl+alt+delete, end process, or something to that effect?

Wow, so now it's not doing it all of a sudden. I'm going to scan my computer, then post again if it happens.

Should I also run CCleaner for the reg cleaner?

Have you try updating your graphic card.

It's most likely not a graphics card problem. Sure use CCleaner as well.

Have you tried re installation of the program?
And have you recently downloaded/installed anything before this started happening?

I haven't really installed anything since this has been going on. I guess i can try reinstalling, but i don't know if it will help it.
