An efficient way to obtain this email?

I'm currently in the middle of hacking this guys emails, and unfortunately for me he has about 200.

I have the main account to the password but of course hotmail is gay and locked the account because I live in the US and my victim lives overseas. Anyway his backup email shows up as:

sp*****@corruptionx.com


I am 100% sure the first four characters are spax leaving us with :

Spax _ _ _ @corruptionx.com


How can I search forums or google for the remaining characters, is their any special way to do this?
