Not sure if this is in the right section or not.
Looking to buy a Gaming mouse from Amazon.com , Just wanted to make sure that it is still just as easy to refund them as before?
If so, What method is best to use ?

I'm thinking about ordering this mouse; I have one now, and I love it and it's been really durable, Just want to get something new.

Best Regards.

Something small like that, just say the box was tampered with, and the mouse wasn't in there, instead it was a bunch of cardboard shavings etc. Or if you don't have to sign for it just say it never came, but if you already used that excuse on your account don't reuse it.

This is the first time i've used this account to refund, And to my new address, I moved houses within the last year.

So it would be a new email That i've used on amazon for my work orders that never have been refunded.

Honestly since its so cheap I would just do it never came. Alternatively you could say it wasn't in the box but that might start an investigation.

But doesn't it need to be signed for at the door ?
It's sent to my house, which I know for a fact someone will be home to sign for it.

With my experience with small items and cheap items of course they'll usually leave it in the mail box or on the door step if no one answers, shit when i ordered my xbox one on amazon they left it on the porch without anyone signing so I refunded it.

I'll just say the box had a hole in the bottom of it, and that it looked like it was cut open and re-sealed , and that the mouse was missing.
