I have been using this method for around a good month now, no errors, nothing!
Why not give it out to the community then, hey?
Well, basically the things I need to complete this, is (if you do not trust me, that is fine) your account login (you may delete any personal information off of there, IE. banks, CC's, addresses etc.) or it is harder, but it can be done, your email, the order number of what you want to be refunded (or another of), the shipping address and your name.
The percentage rates I charge are (Under 10£) 10% of the price, (Over 10£) 5% of the original price.
And what I can do is refund, or even replace your items (meaning you get 2 [1 for money, 1 for free])
