I did it a few times, and they denied a refund after awhile. They're dumb, but not retarded.

I've refunded all items except virtual.. You'd probably be better asking someone who's done a virtual item before even though it's probably a similar if not the same method.

Yea, you know what I have refunded! Obviously you can do it online, because I fucking did it. I have refunded probably at least 30 things, so sit down and shut up.
