AMA + Some of my opinions


I directed that for a community. You guys don't post it here, but do you know how many times I have been messaged with answers like that on MSN/SKype? Countless times. They've even nominated members for staff like that.
 
I understand where your coming from, but you shouldn't judge the community as a whole by what members say or do outside of the forum.
Judge them by their posts and contributions. What happens outside should stay outside.

As for them taking it upon themselves to nominate staff, it won't help anyone's cause. Use your initiative and tell them.
 

You think I don't? Out of the staff members, I talk to the community the most. Skype or msn...
Tbh the people who complain about someone getting staff they usually think they deserve it or want it. I've seen that a lot and to this day it is still happening. I have nothing against members of this forum and am willing to speak/talk/have fun with anyone without having a biased view. I put my differences behind me and just ignore it.

As Landon... I REALLY disliked him, but we chat and I don't show it. I say w/e looks like he's a cool guy and just chat with him once in a while.
 
George should be the only G mod.

I agree about the extreme lack of communication between the staff team
 
I say, demote all staff, demote all admins.

Then let TE do everything.
