Am I taking a huge risk?

I bought a VPS from SeerHost, and the first thing that came to my mind, that was easy to set up, was Ess bots.

I've been running them for about 17hrs or so, am I risking a huge banhammer here?
 
Make sure you talk and random breaks are not a bad idea.

I did 16 hours a day botting mining, but make sure it's not a bust bot place.
