2) They can actually dox through mediacom, but from the sounds of it the internet account is in your PARENTS name. Meaning when he calls up mefiacom pretending to be you, dropping your info as an account holder he will look like an absolute fucking moron.

3) With the amount of swatting a few years ago, when you show the cops the messages they'll track his dumb ass down and it's his ass not yours.
