Some people do it so they don't get hacked or whatever in the vacation and scam people.
Well thats what i've seen people do on some forums.

Some forums just offer a self ban plugin. (for upgraded people)
Obviously this won't happen anytime soon.

Also the staff aren't that busy that they can't spend their time clicking a few times.
