My friend recently got 2,000 from a random payment on his PayPal. I was wondering if I could buy stuff for him since he's permanently banned for "being stupid". Even if I announce I'm buying for him? He's extremely legit he just wants to buy things.
 
I don't see why you couldn't (unless your friend was banned for charging back or scamming), but if he did chargeback on a deal you did for him, then you'd be the one to get fucked over.
Still, you should get some consulting from a staff member before doing this.

He's banned on here. But like I said he was never banned for scamming but for being an idiot. He is @Swear
 
I don't really see a problem here, but if he were to scam/chargeback it would most likely be your fault.

I mean you could just buy the shit and then give it to him i dont see why it would be a problem.. the money might have to be on your paypal though and MM

Don't see a problem, but I don't make the rules. I don't think you should as it could be chargedback at any moment since it's a randomized payment. You'd have a bunch of scam reports if you purchased shit with $2K.
 
Also if he got the money on accident and PayPal trys to get it back and there is no money there u might get fucked
