I made a forum and just got everything finished just about.

I want to advertise can I?

I want to do a contest for Money it will go like
1st prize: 15$
2nd prize: 5$ + free upgrade to my forum

whoever posts the most in 30 days on my forum wins (2 winners 1st and 2nd)

can I do this?
