already tired of this!!!

hi i'm currently working in KSA for 1year over now and i'm already tired of the setup of my work in regards to the salaries and benefits because every month I have to ask and begging my boss to give my salary which is not the usual thing to do of the employee, and not also the way of how the company will handle their responsibilities towards their employees, unfortunately every month i'm suffering from this kind of situation and not knowing if i still get paid, last month some of my co-employees got their vacation and i talked to them and they told me that they will not comeback again to our company because my boss did not give their salaries and benefits, in your opinion what should be the best way to do if you are in this kind of situation?

if you're an unsatisfied employee. I think its better to find another job. work on a better company that gives your benefits and what is right for you.

if you really don't like it anymore there, then you should better get out too. but you can have problem on finding another job. it's best if you will try to find a job first before resigning there so that you will not have a problem once you've resigned. your boss is so inconsiderate. he/she does not value what the employees are requesting him/her. if he'll go with that attitude forever, expect that all the employees there will be leaving in no time. you should at least be patient enough to work there until you find a new job. goodluck swagger!evil:evil:evil:

Most people who work there have the same sentiments as yours. I don't understand why people would still want to work when the credibility of employers in that country is really that unsatisfactory. Workers would say that they have to beg for their salaries to be paid! That should not be case. Well in my opinion these employers who take advantage of other peoples skills are doing this because they know they can get away with it. Had their government think and care for the welfare of the workers, this would not occur. And since they have a bad reputation of not paying salaries to their workers, I suggest you to immediately leave that country for what good will it do you when you work hard and you do not get paid? Look for other opportunities that would give you a better chance of earning fairly.

thanks for the comments now i have a plan of doing a certain move because here resigning is not an option if you want to get back to my country because if you resign theres a chance that this boss will put me in trouble so i want only a vacation then if the time that i get back to my country i will make a resignation stating that his not worthy employer

i think you need to get out of this situation. as you know that stay long time in it will make you suffer more. better find other job opening, if you feel you not good enough,find a way, like if in the market need more certification or else, just study and get the certification or skill.

report it to the embassy of your country or anything that deals with labor and employment.is your employer registered or legit? because if he is then i don't think he has the guts of abusing his power as an employer to all of you.it is against your rights, you should fight for what you deserve!

Some times we do feel tired of doing same thing everyday everyminute.. but now adays everyones life is like that.. no time to think about tiring things.. just have to hang there and do the thing cant give up..
