All Themes Updated

I have updated every single theme fixed. The tabs should be working 100% perfectly in each theme. Posting should be good. Buttons etc. I hope you enjoy my new blue theme. V3 which might be darker is coming soon so stay tune for it!

I noticed the awards page doesn't work in Campbell's theme.
