I heard that there is still under 10 people with trimmed completionist cape.

The Strength Cape tag is missing a bracket.

and a few weeks ago I was looking at the HS and saw only 1.3k people have 2,496 total level. I would assume less than half of that have completed all things listed here; http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Completionist_cape#Regular & http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Completionist_cape#Trimmed

they need to extend all skills to 120.

years ago it was lucky to be 5 maxed out.
