No. The email on the tag is blocked or locked.
 
damn I was going to say I have a pretty cool GT that I can accept new terms on because of it having a parental locked account on it. I dont know the email or pass to the parental account tag has a v1 so I cant swap as well
 
my friend had the tag, Wilbert. it is blocked, i cant remember which friend had it tho.
 
Why is a blocked email so bad all you do is contact hotmail with the forums and tell them it was blocked do to the spam filter and they lift the block lol. ? I've done this like 50 times.

That is why I am buying tags. Because I realize they still do that.
