alerts froze

can anyone help me out? it says I have 6 alerts but when I click on one of my alerts it still says 6? Is that because I have more alerts I can't see? as I can only see five alerts? if so where do I go to see my other alerts?

Maybe try this:

User CP --> Alerts --> Delete all Alerts

That will erase all previous alerts.
