what is the best item to you to high alch on F2P?

Blue Party Hats are the best.
 
There really is no best item. Since the Grand Exchange updates so much. prices will change often. So one day you could be making 50gp profit with an item then the next day the item could lose you 50gp.
 
Voodin is right, prices are going up and down like crazy. Just alch something that has loss of gp, but not a lot. Honestly, if you have rich, alch needles lmfao.
 
I alch maple longbow (u) and Yew Longbows not much gp lost.
 
Yes, alch needles or thread. You won't lose much and it will be a VERY small amount that you lose.

It's hard to find out what loses small amounts of GP compared to large amounts, considering the always changing G.E Price.

Test items and calculate the amount of GP you lose. Find what ever works xP
