Aim Problem...

So I keep getting this weird ass aim problem.

I just got a new computer for Christmas as I switched from Mac to Windows and I am trying to get used to it.

Anyways, every couple of days when I open aim (downloaded version), it just shows up blue and it doesn't load.

When I try to go on aim.com to check messages there, same thing happens.

I have uninstalled the app and restarted my computer like 5 times and it still happens.

Someone please help me. Thanks!
