I need help with my AIM, on my computer there is always something popped up about my account settings and I cannot ex it out or anything... I have signed out and signed back in, and nothing has come about... When I open my account in the app on my phone its just a white screen and i cannot do anything... Help please

My aim won't even load the login. I'm not the one to ask.
