Why after marriage love is converted to hell, where go love after marriage

I think it is because of the wrong expectation. Every marriages is not perfect and it does need to work out. I remember someone told me that Marriage has test period for 3 years, where it is more on fighting, discussing because at this stage both partner still knowing each other better. Being a boyfriend and girlfriend is different than husband and wife. Inner characters that were hidden before marriage will show up that's why in this stage " communication" is the key.
