A lot of forums don't like when you advertise another forum on their own.

Usually they allow signatures.
 
Maybe you should add to the picture some info about the site, like 'Hacking, Dumps, Market,..'
I mean I would never join a site just by reading the name

I just put the site description from HF on it.
