Will we get new moderators any time soon? I know Staff first has to be moderator so I'm not worried about that.

Our current staff is enough in numbers and been doing well, always on the job.

The same could be said for our moderators but in my opinion there should be more of them. Somebody like Cannibal, he's basically been the only one working around the clock.

We either need new active staff, or the current staff members need to be more active. Jason and Gr33d are also quite active.

Justice is online daily to do check-ups to clean up and such which I respect. Cannibal is on a whole lot more which is what you'd prefer in a Moderator, always on duty to deal with whatever.

Cann!bal only has certain permissions. Jason is the one who handles most of the reported posts.
 
I'm sorry but that's the wrong concept you guys have above. You can't really conclude, who's activate till you look behind the scenes and see who does the work. They current Staff are good enough and there isn't much need for Moderators. The Areas meant for Moderators are in control. Except, Staff do work regularly. You can be sure of Poe, Jason, Gr33d, Justice and Cannibal doing the job well.
 
No more staff is currently needed in my opinion. The only position FK actually NEEDS would be a developer, or at least someone other than Philly who COULD fully fill in for him if needed. Jimmy would have been the one for this in the past, McLovin seems quite knowledgable as well though.
 
I personally believe there still should be more moderators appointed.

I would think the best picks for a new mod: Michael, Swing, Prepare, or me.

Actually I agree with you, and not only because I'm mentioned.

@Leader was my obvious choice. But we can't turn this into a recommendation kind of thread.
 
I think what we really need is kind of like a Developer like @Color said. We need someone who can code really well and make new and unique plugins for us when we'd like. That's all we're really missing in my opinion, but I don't think anyone currently active on the site is near ready for that sort of job.
 
I think Christy and McLovin should be replaced. I honestly don't even know what they do lol

McLovin has been a vital part. I always see him doing clean up work.
 
I think Philly knows who can handle his site. You never can say that who does the job, without seeing Admin or Mod Logs.
 
A couple of more moderators won't heard,and at least more people to maintain some order(even though I do not see much rule breaking TBH)
